Returns and Refunds Policy

2. Scope and Application

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions carried out in our online store. Jonacaso SL sells its products to customers within the European Union.

3. Payment Methods

We only accept payments through the Redsys payment gateway, allowing the use of credit and debit cards. No other payment methods are accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship both within Spain and to the rest of Europe. The estimated delivery times are:

  • Shipping within Spain (Mainland and Islands): 3 to 5 business days.
  • International shipping within Europe: 1 to 2 weeks.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided shipping address is correct.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns for the following products:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or personal hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any book with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of the item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges and Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at sales@cassaifashion.com and send your item to:

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

9. Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

10. Product Warranty

All our clothing and decoration products come with the standard European warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. If a product has a defect, the customer may request a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with current legislation.

11. Personal Data Protection

At Jonacaso SL, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected will only be used to process orders and, if the customer consents, to send targeted advertisements. Customers may withdraw their consent at any time by sending a request to our email sales@cassaifashion.com.
