Return and Refund Policy

General Information

2. Scope and Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made in our e-commerce. Jonacaso SL sells its products to customers within the European Union.

3. Payment Methods
We only accept payments through the Redsys payment gateway, allowing the use of credit and debit cards. Other payment methods are not accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship both within Spain and the rest of Europe. The estimated delivery times are:

  • Shipments to Peninsula and Islands: 3 to 5 working days.
  • International shipments within Europe: 1 to 2 weeks.

The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct.

5. Return and Refund Policy
Our return and refund policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
We do not accept returns of the following products:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
  • Intimate or personal hygiene products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care products.

Partial refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any book with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt of the item and approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within days.

Delays or missed refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is recorded.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@cassaifashion.com.

6. Sale Items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges and Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sales@cassaifashion.com and send your item to: C/ Sitja 10, Ses Salines 07640, Balearic Islands, Spain.

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the purchaser of the gift sent it to themselves for delivery at a later date, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

9. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you must send it to: C/ Sitja 10, Ses Salines 07640, Balearic Islands, Spain.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

10. Product Warranty
All our clothing and decoration products have the standard European warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. If a product is defective, the customer may request a repair, replacement or refund, according to the legislation in force.

11. Protection of Personal Data
In Jonacaso SL we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected will only be used to process orders and, provided that the customer consents, for sending targeted advertising. Customers may withdraw their consent at any time by sending a request to our email sales@cassaifashion.com.
